– Printed sample with customized artwork will be provided to client for approval, sample or photos provided on request.
– Mass production won’t be started until clients approved.
– Sample can re-done if client rejects– In mass production, production photo or video will be provided to clients for checking
– All production procedures will be followed approved sample
– QC will pick up sample random to test in every 30mintes
– QC in production will check each step carefully
– QC will re-check squeeze aluminum tube before shipment on AQL test

The production process entails several steps: Extrusion, trimming, annealing oven treatment, internal lacquering, baking, priming, drying, printing, capping, end latex application, and packing. Through these meticulous stages of production, the aluminum slug transforms into an elegant packaging aluminum tube.
